| Simply put, Dave Stevenson is a performance car enthusiast. Growing up in the Northeast, he enjoyed modifying muscle cars and amateur drag racing as a hobby. Fortunately, he never lived too far from a Race Track. As a teen-ager he frequented New England Drag way, this is where he got his first taste of
speed.

Mustang GT rag top at a 1995 Mustang vs. Grand National
Shootout at Raceway Park in Englishtown, NJ. This mostly stock 5.0
went through four rounds of eliminations before being knocked out of the
competition! It was the last convertible standing in the event won
by an early '70's Mustang!
After graduating from Newbury College, which is located just out side
of Boston MA., he moved within a few miles of the legendary Raceway Park in Englishtown, NJ.
Living smack down in the middle of a performance car hot bed, he would frequent local performance speed shops and spend his weekends testing and tuning his 5.0 Mustangs.

Dave's favorite place, behind the wheel of a high
performance Mustang! This one happens to be a GB Mustang roadster at
a recent 2000 Buttonwillow Open Track event!
Although a lover of all performance vehicles, his personal favorite is the Ford Mustang. For this reason, he
co-founded and is the editor of www.netstang.com, a web site dedicated to all Mustang enthusiasts.
Dave now resides in Southern California and still enjoys fast cars and going to famous race tracks. He frequents local racetracks, such as the Pomona Dragway, LACR at Palmdale and Buttonwillow Raceway Park.
In his spare time, he enjoys short story writing and modifying his 1989
Mustang GT Convertible.

California weather in a Saleen convertible. Red drop tops seem to
be his thing, what do you think? Actually, his latest ride is a
white 5.0 rag top!
A proud sponsor of GB MUSTANG
and
Team
RPM, Dave co-founded www.online-racer.com with Racecar driver Edward Inclan to help promote and recognize the people and cars behind the grass roots racing scene. BACK
